Our School Transportation Service is owned by Nefertari International School. The school owns a fleet of 200 busses, covering areas within 20-45 kilometers from school, including Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo, Obour, Orabi, Madinaty, Rehab, Shorouk, Mokattam, Maadi, Alborouj Compound, and 10th of Ramadan.
All the buses of the international divisions are air-conditioned.
